the work f**k in a positive way here in order to empower you, so it's all good anyway)....
I recently read a great book called 'F**k It: The Ultimate Spiritual Way', by John C. Parkin. The 'F**k It' philosophy is all about letting go and easing into the natural flow of life, instead of trying to force outcomes and fight what is. It's about letting go of doing what you don't want, and doing what you truly want to do. It's about accepting everything exactly as it is: the world, yourself, your life, the things that don't go to plan, etc.
When you ease into the natural flow of life and accept everything exactly as it is, you relax and feel powerful and free. There is no stress, no tension, no anger, no frustration, no pain. All pain is caused by attachment: attachment to outcomes, attachment to things, attachment to anything having to be a certain way. So if you lose the attachment, you lose the pain and become free.
When you say 'F**k It' before you do something you fear, or after you've done something that didn't work out, something inside you snaps and you automatically put yourself into this 'non-caring' sort of state where you fear nothing and you don't mind what the outcome is, and you relax and calm down. You can use the phrase 'F**k It' as a mantra that you say to yourself in any stressful situation, and it will always have this freeing effect upon you.
I found the book very inspiring and it verbalised the sort of mindset I've been trying to achieve in a lot of areas of my life. It's NOT about being a passive person who doesn't go for what he wants....it's simply about loosening your grip on life a bit more and going where the flow of life wants to take you, and not being so damn uptight and not trying to control everything that happens to you.
Learning to let go of your tight grip on life is extremely liberating and helps
you feel at peace with yourself and life in general.
Applying the F**k It philosophy to the Direct Approach
When you approach and date women, you need to be free in your mind and let go of any attachment to outcome. You need to accept everything that happens in your approaches or when you date a girl, without a care in the world. That means you must accept the good, the bad and the ugly in your approaches and dating life. When you stop giving a s**t, it's amazing what happens:
- If you approach a girl and you get a negative or indifferent reaction....just say 'F**k It' and move onto the next girl. There are, after all a million or more others you can approach.
- If you do a great Direct Approach and give your number to a girl, but you never hear from her...just say 'F**k It' and know that another girl will call you soon; it's all just a numbers game.
- If you go on a date with a girl and it doesn't lead anywhere after that....just say 'F**k It' and let her go. You and her simply weren't compatible, but there is an abundance of other girls out there that you will be compatible with.
- If you start dating a girl and the relationship comes to an end after a short period of time (or even a longer period of time), or she meets another guy who she prefers over you....just say 'F**k It' and accept this outcome exactly as it is. You'll get another girl easily anyway.
Using 'F**k It' as a mantra before you approach a girl, or before you say something bold to her
walk over to the girl and do your Direct Approach.
You can also say 'F**k It' before saying or doing anything bold with a girl. Scared to put some erotic dirty talk into you conversation, or ask a bold/sexual question? Just say 'F**k It', then say whatever it was you wanted to say.
Scared to make a move on a girl? Just say 'F**k It' then do it.
Saying 'F**k It' puts you instantly in touch you with boldest, most confident part of yourself and sets you free. So why not give it a try? Oh and you might want to check out some of the 'F**k It' books too.
